Now that I’m carrying an Ubuntu install around in my pocket, I’ve become annoyed with how it changes the system clock and confuses Windows the next time the system boots.  But great news, I’ve figured out a simple fix.   First, open /etc/default/rcS sudo gedit /etc/default/rcS And next, change UTC=yes to UTC=no   And that’s it!
